We are a group of motivated individuals from Mumbai who wish to volunteer for a better Internet. As an organization that is placed at an intersection of development, technology and public policy groups, The Internet Society (ISOC) has provided us with a platform to strategically further our purpose in a desirable manner.

Our chapter comprises of members from different walks of lives – coders, lecturers, consultants, bankers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, students, social activists, teachers, government officials, retired professionals, etc. We belong to different parts of Mumbai. We belong to different age groups and speak different languages.

The only thing that binds us is a simple realization that “The Internet has had a transformative impact on our lives and we wish to further the interests of the ‘Internet’ in an open, consensual, inclusive and participatory manner to realise its true emancipatory potential for the betterment of mankind”.
